What if we miss a class?
Throughout the season three makeup days will be offered. These dates will be made available at the start of the season. No other makeup options will be offered. Makeups in other classes is NOT permitted. Play Days DO NOT have makeup options.
Which ball color is right for my child?
If you don’t recall which ball color your child was assigned at the end of last season, email info@taconicracquet.com. If your child is new to the sport, call to set up a free 30-minute hitting session with a Tennis Professional. The Tennis Professional will let you know the perfect ball color and class option for your Junior Player.
Can I register after September?
The TSR Junior Program runs from September to June and offers rolling enrollment! Enrollment is based on availability in each class. Click here to request for placement.
What if I need to drop-out of the program?
30 days written notice must be given for unenrollment. The email must be sent to info@taconicracquet.com. The player is financially responsible for the classes within the 30-day notice period. Telling the Tennis Professional or telling the Front Desk Staff does NOT qualify as an unenrollment. Only unenrollment requests send in writing via email to info@taconicracquet.com will result in an unenrollment.
What if I am injured or unable to play for a medical reason?
A player unable to play due to a medical reason must submit a doctor note and will be credited to account (not refunded) for missed classes. If 5 or more classes are missed, the player may be un-enrolled from the program and the spot may be sold depending upon demand.
When do classes begin and which dates are off for holidays?
Classes begin, September 7, 2022. Off days for holidays are listed here.
