Once enrolled, a player will remain registered and will continue to be billed monthly until the unenrollment form is filled out OR the program ends in June. Thirty days written notice via the unenrollment form must be given for unenrollment. The player is financially responsible for the classes within the 30-day notice period regardless of ability to attend classes. Telling the Tennis Professional or telling the Front Desk Staff does NOT qualify as an unenrollment. Only unenrollment requests send via the unenrollment form will result in an unenrollment.
If your junior player has a schedule change and can no longer make their assigned class, and cannot be placed into another class, the unenrollment form must be filled out, and the 30 day unenrollment period applies.
