Designed for players looking for an Instructional Clinic but don’t have a group, we find the group for you!
A TSR Instructional Clinic offers ongoing, committed weekly group instruction with a Tennis Professional. The TSR Instructional Clinic allows you to work on technique, point play strategy, mental focus and footwork. It’s a great option for players looking for consistent and scheduled weekly instruction. The TSR Instructional Clinic is an ongoing weekly commitment and registration is required.
TSR Instructional Clinics are level based and use a players Taconic Sport & Racquet assigned level. For players new to TSR, a free 30-minute hitting session is required to ensure the perfect fit.
SESSIONS:
Two 18 week sessions (ongoing, pro-rated registration available)
Session 1: September through January
Session 2: January through May

COST:
Member Price = $32/hour
Non-Member Price = $42/hour
Total cost for your clinic will depend on the day, time and the number of weeks.
Price will be quoted and agreed to before enrollment is processed.
The cost will be divided into four payment installments.
There is a 6:1 student-to-Tennis Professional ratio.

POLICIES:
Makeups Policy:
Players can attend a make-up class during the Instructional Clinic Makeup Dates. Two makeup timeframes will be available between September to May, for a total of 4 possible makeups (2 in January, 2 in May). Dates will be available at the beginning of the season. Makeups will be offered by level (2.5/3.0 and 3.5+) and may or may not be with your Instructional Clinic Tennis Professional. Player to pro ratio may differ from your Instructional Clinic. Players must register for the makeup sessions. Once the makeup session reaches capacity, registration will be closed.
Instructional Clinic Makeup Dates:
2.5/3.0 – Jan 6 9:00-10:30am, Jan 9 8:30-10:00am, May 1 9:30-11:00am, May 6 10:30-12:00
3.5+ – Jan 6 10:30-12:00, Jan 16 8:30-10:00am, May 6 9:00-10:30am, May 8 9:30-11:00am
Substitute Player Policy:
If a player is unable to play, they are permitted to find a substitute. All financial transactions (selling the spot) are managed between the players. Taconic Sport & Racquet does not assist with the financial transaction. If a substitute player is used, the original player forfeits the opportunity for a makeup.
Medical Inability To Play Policy:
A TSR Instructional Clinic participant that is no longer able to play due to a medical issue can request a prorated account credit. A note from a medical professional is required.
