Intro To Tennis For Adult Beginners
The Intro To Tennis For Adult Beginners Program at Taconic Sport & Racquet is designed for players new to the sport of tennis. Players use modified equipment in a fun learning environment to build fundamental skills and learn to play!
There are no commitments, just come to the classes that work for your schedule! Call in advance to get on the roster.
Indoor Season September 2025 to June 2026
Intro To Tennis classes are offered:
Fridays 11:30-12:30
Saturdays 11:00-12:00
No racquet? No problem! We have loaner racquets to borrow. Please wear sporty clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle. Please wear sunscreen and a hat as this class may be taught on the indoor or outdoor courts.
Details and Policies:
- $20 per class for members and non-members.
- This program is taught with modified equipment.
- Players must call in advance to be added to the roster.
- All players must have a credit card on file to be added to the roster.
- 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of start time will be charged.
