Pickleball Season Court

Indoor Season Pickleball Season Court 2025/26 Season

  • A Pickleball Season Court will run weekly, every week, from September 2nd for 34 weeks.  Any off dates due to holidays will follow the Taconic Sport & Racquet calendar and will be shared with players before the start of the Season Court. 
  • Requests to adjust the end date of a season court will not be accommodated as all courts will run until the end of the season.
  • Season courts can be requested with a later start date.  However, the requested court will not be held.  If another player requests the same day and time with an earlier start date, that player will get preference and the season court will be sold to that player.
  • Season courts will be assigned on a first come first served basis.  Whomever makes the request first (in writing via email) AND has the earliest start date, will get the court.
  • The price for the Season Court is $36 per hour multiplied by the number of weeks in the season from the start date.  Full pricing details will be provided by TSR Management to the Court Captain.
  • All Pickleball Season Courts will have an assigned Court Captain.  All players on a season court must be members.  Non-members are not permitted to play on a season court.
  • The Court Captain must submit the court roster and all player shares FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON at least one week before the court is scheduled to start.  If the roster and payment from all players is not received, the court will not be held and the Season Court will be canceled. 
  • Full payment for the entire season will be made in two installments.  One at the start of the Season Court and the next payment one month later.
  • Requests for a Pickleball Season Court to be assigned to a specific court will not be accommodated. Courts will be assigned and relocated as needed throughout the season.
  • The Pickleball Season Court may be scheduled on any of the pickleball courts at the sole discretion of Taconic Sport & Racquet.  Taconic Sport & Racquet reserves the right to move and adjust the court as needed at any time throughout the season.  Requests for specific courts will not be accommodated.
  • Management reserves the right to provide instruction or run programming on adjacent courts.  This may or may not include the use of music.
  • Players that are unable to play on their season court for any reason, medical or otherwise, are responsible for filling their shares of the Season Court.  If the player that is unable to use their shares decides to sell them to another player, the responsibility for collecting payment is their own.  Taconic Sport & Racquet will not refund the original player or charge the new player for the transfer of shares.  Any monetary transaction to this effect will occur directly between the two players involved.
  • Pickleball Season Courts are a membership privilege and for members only. All Season Court Players must have a current Taconic Sport & Racquet Membership from the time of deposit through the end of the season.  If at any time a season court player ends their membership at Taconic Sport & Racquet, they must sell any remaining shares in the season court. 
  • All Season Courts are locked into the same day/time every week.  If a Season Court (the entire court – not just one person) wishes to reschedule their court time on a particular week they may do so provided that the club is notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance that the court will not be needed on the day/time to be rescheduled.  If this notification is not received, no makeup will be granted.  Any requests for rescheduling days and times should be made to info@taconicracquet.com and will be subject to court availability. 
  • The use of the Taconic Sport & Racquet facility is strictly at the player’s risk. Taconic Sport & Racquet is not responsible for injuries, accidents or damage to any person or to personal property arising from normal athletic activities in the premises. All groups and their guests hereby waive any claims for damages arising from their use of the club’s facilities.
