Once enrolled, a player will remain registered and will continue to be billed monthly until the unenrollment form is filled out OR the program ends in June 2026. Thirty days written notice via the unenrollment form must be given for unenrollment. The player is financially responsible for the classes within the 30-day notice period regardless
